Our DIVSIONAL MEET is this Saturday!

DIVISIONAL NEEDS:
The divisional meet is a big production which means that we need everyone to step up and do there part. Below are some needs that we need to help with the divisional meet:

Very Large ice chests
2-3 Trucks to haul stuff to the meet set-up at 7 pm on Friday, and return the stuff to TTS after the meet
Volunteers – see needs below – and sign-up online or email [email protected].

Divsional Notes:
We are renting Gleannloch’s facility and have been told that children are not allowed to play on the area playground or in the sand volleyball area. Please help keep all kids out of these areas. Even siblings are not allowed to go in these areas, they are for residents of Gleannloch only, please respect their rules.

Practices:
This is the last week of regular practices. If your child does not qualify for the invitational meet, Friday will be the last practice of the season. Invitational practice will be held next week, Tuesday-Friday from 8:30 – 9:30, only for those swimmers attending invitationals.

End of Season Party:
More details will come out next week, but this year’s end of season party is scheduled at the Timber Lane Pool on Monday, June 25th.

Volunteer Requirements:
Each family must have a representative work 1 shift at every meet (home and away meets). You must meet this requirement to receive your $100 volunteer deposit back. Also, please remember that the meet cannot operate without volunteers and will come to a halt until all volunteer positions are filled if necessary. Invitational Meet:
The following swimmers have invitational times as of this weekend. This weekend is the last weekend to qualify, but this is the list so far at this point in the season. You will be contacted by Sunday about your entries for the invitational meet, and coach will let anyone else who qualifies know on Saturday.
