OK parents, we fought to have a smaller list of needed volunteer positions because we have a smaller team.  And we are only providing 1/2 to 2/3 the number of volunteers as the larger teams yet very few are jumping in to help.  We cannot run a divisional meet without help.  Please log in and sign up for a job, email me your availability or call me to place you in a job.  I don't care how you do it - just get it done.  If we are unable to fill all the positions before the start of the meet, we will implement a requirement that your child does not swim if you don't volunteer.  We hate to do this, but it is our last alternative.  We seriously are not asking much.  As an unpaid volunteer, I have given about 20 hours to this meet this week - as a single, full-time working mom - I get it, it's hard - but we are at the end of the season, we need to suck it up and get these positions filled.  If you do not work a divisional shift and your child attends divisionals you will not get your volunteer deposit check back - it is written in the handbook.  For divisionals we have to provide the actual names of the volunteers before the meet, so we need yall to step up and sign up for a position.
