Parents this is an informational email for our upcoming end of year party.  Please, please, please make every effort to get your children there.  All the kids have so much fun.  Every child will get a medal, plus we will celebrate age group high points, overall high points, most improved and hardest workers.  It is a great way to finish off the season.  

You will also receive your volunteer deposit back at the party if you met your volunteer requirements, and there will be an opportunity for parents to express interest in board positions next year and fill out a survey from their experience this year.

Only swimmers, their siblings, and parents are allowed.  No extended family or friends may be brought.  Please RSVP on the website or email me an RSVP with a count of those attending so we may plan accordingly.

Tentative Schedule of Events:

4:30-5:30 - Set-up, parents can volunteer to come help set-up the pool area for the party
5:30 - Party starts, we eat!!! Pizza, salad, and any leftover concessions will be served.
6:00 - Awards presentation
6:30 - 8:30 - open swim and fun!
8:30 - 9:00 - Clean-up for the season

We will also have a special raffle for those parents that went above and beyond this season to help with our volunteering!
