Any parent interested in being a board member or committee member next year needs to plan to attend our upcoming board meeting. If you are unable to attend you need to send an email describing what you would like to help with and your availability. No children are allowed at the meeting. Current board members will vote in new members and relinquish their positions. This is a big planning session/work meeting to plan for a successful 2019 season.

We will serve kiolbasa sausage and have chips and beer for everyone.  Feel free to bring a side if you want. The meeting is at 6pm, on Tuesday, July 10th.  The board vote will be at approximately 6:45pm.  The meeting is at the current president’s house - 22937 Antiqua Estates Ct, Conroe, 77385.  Please RSVP via reply to this email so we can plan to have enough food.
