On Friday April 18 we will hold an optional practice since Spring ISD is out we understand some may have Easter plans. With school not being in session we will offer practice starting at 4:30 so we can take full advantage of the sun to warm the swimmers up 

I was also told about a CPR class coming up on Monday (free to spring residence) if you are interested I will post the links below there is a morning and evening session available. I highly encourage everyone to learn CPR to be prepared in case of emergency.
