I wanted to share some critical information that requires a response ASAP.

 

SUITS - We have had custom suits designed for the swim team this year, and we have negotiated a tremendous discount for these suits.  The male jammer and swim cap is $30 and the female (thick strap) suit and swim cap is $35.  A picture of the suits has been posted to our Facebook page if you would like to get a peek.  Our team suits are mandatory.  In order for us to get them in time, we MUST place our order Monday evening.  If you know your swimmer's suit size, please email us the size and brand (brand is needed, because different brands have different fits) that your swimmer wears as soon as possible.  If you don't know their size for this year, plan to get to the pool before Monday's meeting so that your swimmer can try on a sample suit to determine the correct size.  All monies are due for the suits at Monday's parent meeting.  If we have not received your size and money by 7:30 pm Monday - you will not have your suit in time for the first meet, and you might not even be able to get one this year since a minimum order is required for each production run.  So this is critical - size and payment is due Monday 4/17 @ 7:30!

 

PARENT SHIRTS AND SPIRIT WEAR - Parent shirts are available for order at Monday's meeting also.  Money and sizes will need to be turned in by 7:30 pm on Monday.  But, this is not the last time that they will be available this year.  Team shirts as well as additional spirit wear will be available for purchase through our team store.  If you do not order on Monday, the only other way to receive one will to be purchase online from our team store.

 

MANDATORY PARENT MEETING - The mandatory parent meeting will be held at 6:30 pm on Monday, 4/17, at the pool.  We will discuss all details for the season including our schedule, practice schedule, fundraising, volunteering, and any other pertinent information.  This meeting is MANDATORY, please attend.

 

NEW SWIMMER TRYOUTS - New swimmer tryouts are going to be held Monday, 4/17, from 5:00 to 6:00 pm at the team pool.  If your swimmer has never swam on swim team, these tryouts are mandatory to be a part of the team - please attend.

 

REGISTRATION AND VOLUNTEER DEPOSITS - All registration fees and volunteer deposits are due Monday by 7:30 pm.  If you have not paid or left your volunteer deposit check, please plan to do this at the meeting on Monday.
