Tigersharks,

As our swim season comes closer to an end we have to prepare for our end of season swim party and awards ceremony.  I need a count of how many plan on attending so we can have the appropriate accommodations.  With that being said I need each and everyone of you to do one of two things by Saturday.  Either log into the team website and RSVP for the party or respond to my email with your RSVP.

Now here is where it gets tricky.  We allow each swimmer plus their parents to attend the party for free.  Should you want any additional siblings or family members to attend it will cost you $5 per extra person attending.  During the party we will have food and we have to hire lifeguards.  Lifeguards are not cheap. That is why we ask for this additional fee for extra attendees. 

The pool party/awards ceremony will take place on Monday, June 29th.  You may start arriving at 5:00 PM. We will start serving the food at 5:15 PM.  We would like to start the Awards Ceremony promptly at 6:00 PM.  The sooner we are able to finish the awards the sooner you get to swim. This will require all swimmers to be here and sitting nice and quietly under the pavilion.  Immediately following the awards ceremony we will start the Pool Party.  The pool party will last until about 8:30 PM.  Once we ask that all attendees exit the water we would appreciate help cleaning up, of course it is not required.

So please as soon as you can, either RSVP on the team website or respond to this email with the number attending.  We will collect fees for any additional attendees next week.   Should you have any questions please feel free to ask.
