I would like to take this opportunity to thank all of our volunteers so far this season.  Without you we literally would not have a swim meet.  You are the backbone of the meet.  Your hard work and dedication to the team is rewarding to the children and their hard work.  THANK YOU!

We have only 3 more swim meets left till the end of the season.  Only 2 regular swim meets and divisional.  Volunteering opportunities are very limited during divisional since we have 5 times worth of volunteers helping.  If you have not yet fulfilled your volunteer requirements then you don't have much time left to do so.  If you have fulfilled the requirements then please don't let the team fail just because you are done.  Since we have so many new families this year we thought we could lower the number of volunteer requirements with out having issues.  But as we come to an end of the season it seems harder and harder to fill the positions. 

Just a reminder to all that you are required to do 3 swim meets and one set up and one take down to get your $100 fee back.  If you fail to meet those requirements by one meet, or one set up or take down then we will not return your fee.  Unfortunately, we do not have a reward for those who go over and beyond their requirements, only a great big thank you.  I know most of you know this but I feel I should say it all again.  If you are unsure on how many shifts you have volunteered for or even got credit for, then please see Mrs. Donna.  If you are missing some times and need to make them up then she can help too. 

Keep up the good work and see your reward in the smiles of our children.
