Tigersharks,

Wow what a meet!  Unfortunately, we were not able to officially complete the meet.  According to NWAL rules we have to have gotten through Event 58 to complete the meet.  We only got through Event 48.  Since we were unable to get to Event 58 we have to reschedule the meet to complete it.  The two Team Representatives have gotten together and decided to reschedule the meet for THIS WEDNESDAY, May 27th at 5:30 PM. 

We will be running the rest of the full meet, Events 49 through 78.  We need those of you who were scheduled to volunteer session 2 to be there to complete your shift. We need you back where you were.   We will have concessions: drinks, candies and pizza.  There is no reason for you to bring a canopy, you will want to bring chairs. 

We will have a check in area, and we will need your swimmer to check in, so we can make sure that they are available for their event. Unfortunately, if you were not at the meet to begin with, you were scratched from the meet and we cannot add you back.  It should go without saying, but we will have no practices on Wednesday.  Make sure that you show up at 5:30 no matter which practice time your swimmer usually attends.  If they are not there then they will be scratched.  So far we were on the upside of wining this meet and we need you all to do your part so we can finish this and hopefully officially take it home.

Also, we will NOT BE HAVING the Ribbon Ceremony Sunday evening.  We do not have ribbons to hand out since we did not finish the meet.  We will just have to cancel the Ribbon Ceremony for this week. The board members will discuss if and when we will hand out ribbons otherwise.  We will notify you during practices what we decide.
