Timber Lane Tigershark Members:

This week we have our first swim meet against Foxwood.  The meet will be at our home pool, the Timber Lane Pool.  You need to make sure you are there at the pool for check in at 7:00 am.  Parking is in the street only.  There is no parking allowed in the parking lot, other than officials. Please be courteous to our neighbors and do not block driveways or trash cans too much. 

Since we do have a meet coming up we also have to set up our pool for the meet.  Set up will be Friday evening starting at 7:00 pm.  To have your volunteer fee returned to you, you must do a set up or take down twice and you must volunteer for five shifts.  Posted on the side of the pay phone will be a volunteer sign up sheet.  You may sign up by putting your name on the posted sheet at the pool or by signing up online at www.timberlanetigersharks.swim-team.us.  You must have a log in to sign up online.  If you do not have a log in, please let me know.  I will check the written sign in sheet every day.  There will not be a sign up sheet for the set up or take down, but you may put your name in on the website.  Someone will walk around during set ups and take downs and get every ones name that participates.  Remember that the swim meet cannot happen without your help.  If we are not able to have enough volunteers then we are forced to forfeit the swim meet and we lose and our swimmers have wasted their time.   If you have any questions concerning volunteering or shifts or anything please feel free to contact me.
