The weather is too chilly to swim today so we will have dry land practice April 8 and 9. Dry land practice is the exercises and workouts swimmers do outside the water to improve swimming performance. We will post any practice changes by 2 pm to Facebook and email.

It’s time for the annual Timber Lane Labor Day Parade. We host a float in the parade each year. The kids can ride in the trailer and throw candy along the parade route. Please bring a water bottle and candy to throw. After the parade will be a free picnic…
